Welcome to the Event Registration System, sponsored by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. This system is provided for the use of all cultural institutions within the state of Arizona.

Viewing Information and Event Registration

General Information

  • The EVENT REGISTRATION page contains a listing of training/classes/seminars/events for a specific institution. You may view details of a class by clicking on the Title.
  • MY PROFILE - Allows you to edit your personal information, or see which classes for which you have registered.
  • CREATE PROFILE - Allows you to create a new account in the system

Viewing Detail Information

  • Select the event by clicking on the Title
  • A page containing the description and all available sessions is displayed
  • Select DESCRIPTION to get a detailed description of the event, event sponsor, and contact person
  • Select LOCATION to get a detailed description of the event location

Registering for an Event

  • Select the event by clicking on the Title
  • A page containing the description and all available sessions is displayed
  • Select SIGN-UP to display the registration screen.
    • NOTE: If the class is full, only the STANDBY button will show. The same procedure applies to registering for standby.
  • On the registration screen you will see spaces for your E-Mail Address and Password. Use these ONLY if you have previously registered for an event.
  • If this is your first time to register, please fill in all the information requested in the New User section.
    • NOTE: Your E-Mail Address will be your LOGIN ID for future classes; remember it and your password
  • After you register, the system will send you an e-mail with all the class information, please keep this for your records.
