Biographical Information

Rep. Don T. Udall's resignation was noted April 6, 1942.  He was replaced by John L. Westover as Representative for Navajo District 1  (Journal of the House of Representatives, 15th Legislature, 1st Special Session, 1942, p. 12)

"Ex-Judge Udall Dies in Hospital."  Arizona Daily Sun, March 15, 1976, p. 2:

...Judge Udall was a native of Eagar but lived in Holbrook and had been spending the winter in Mesa.

He was elected to the Navajo County Superior Court in 1945 and served until 1963.  He also presided in Arizona's other 13 county Superior Courts and sat 18 times on the Arizona Supreme Court.

He was a member of the Arizona House in 1940-41 from Navajo County and was a member of the Arizona Bar for more than 50 years....

He was a past district governor of the Lion's Club, served a two-year mission in the New England states for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was on the board of directors of the Arizona Historical Society.
