PERSONAL:
I am honored to represent the residents of Mesa in the Arizona Senate. Being raised in Flagstaff and Safford has provided me with a love for Arizona and all it has to offer. Mesa has been my home for the last 15 years and is a wonderful place to raise a family, start a business, and educate my children.
I have been married to Patrice Crandall of Blanding, Utah for 21 years and we have seven children; Melissa, Kathryn, Camille, Allyson, Brianne, Rhett, & Savanna.
Because of our children, I have developed a passion for education in all of its forms whether from a district, charter, virtual school, home school or private school. I have also come to believe that high expectations combined with supportive parents and effective teachers make all the difference in the academic achievement of Arizona’s students. I try to promote legislation that supports these important principles.
