Sam Crump lives in Anthem, Arizona with his wife, Colleen, and their four children. Sam earned his undergraduate degree in Government from the University of San Francisco in 1986; he earned his law degree from Santa Clara University in 1989; and he earned his Masters in Public Administration from USF in 2002.
 

Sam is a founding partner of Boates & Crump, a general law practice located in Anthem. He began his legal career as an Army JAG prosecutor in Germany.  He has worked for municipal and education law firms and served as legislative counsel to the California Judges Association.  

Sam has been a Rotarian since 1992 and through Rotary he founded an orphanage in Uganda in 2004.  The Crump Family attends St. Rose Catholic Church in Anthem. 

Sam is proud to represent District 6 in the Arizona House of Representatives.

Rep. Sam Crump vacated his seat on February 1, 2010 to run for a seat in the 3rd Congressional District.  He was replaced by Amanda A. Reeve who was appointed as a Representative for Legislative District 6 on February 17, 2010  (ALIS; Wingett, Yvonne.  "District 6 representative appointed."  The Arizona Republic, February 18, 2010. p.
