Herschella Horton has been a Tucson resident for 29 years. She has raised two children who attended the University of Arizona. Active in numerous professional and civic organizations, Herschella's experience, leadership and sensitivity to community concerns have been demonstrated throughout her career. Herschella was elected to the House of Representatives in 1990. She is the ranking member of the Health Committee and also serves on Environment and Appropriations Committees.
