Whereas, Thomas S. Kimball died at his home in Thatcher, on October 30, 1939; and
Whereas, this Arizona pioneer can never be forgotten for his contributions to his community and his state in the fields of business, religion, social welfare, and government; and
Whereas, the deceased, in addition to his valued services in the development of the state, brought prominence to his name and credit to Graham county as a member of the senate of the sixth, eighth, and ninth legislatures;....
